With the release of Domino 12.0.1, HCL has made improvements to the Design Synopsis capabilities in Domino Designer. There may of course be times when you just want to compile and store documentation for historical reference or whatever your purpose happens to be. If that is all you need, then the new features in Domino Designer will likely fulfill your needs. But there’s a lot more to design documentation than you might think.

Sharing with SharePoint: Update
Previously, we have explored the topic of migrating Teamstudio Export HTML-based application archives to SharePoint sites using Microsoft based tools which have seen a few changes over the past couple of years. The approaches we’ve previously described are using SharePoint Designer and the Microsoft SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT). There have been a couple of changes to those tools that mean we need to update our recommendations for the process of importing your Exported databases into SharePoint.
